Arkansas Rooter is always great to work with! Their staff are very friendly and empathetic to your situation... because, who calls when it is not an emergency?? We ended up needing a rooter, and after calling several companies, Arkansas Rooter was the only one that gave us a precise estimate over the phone without any sort of hassle. We decided to go with them after getting the run-around about cost from the other rooter companies we contacted, and Troy returned our call promptly, was polite and professional, was on time, fixed the issue, AND only charged us what was originally quoted, which I must say was quite reasonable considering our situation happened on a weekend. Hopefully, we will not be needing their services again any time soon, but we will most definitely be calling Arkansas Rooter for future rooting needs. Highly recommend!

I called Arkansas Rooter for a slow draining sink, bathtub and a clogged toilet. From the phone call to completed service, everyone was courteous, timely, and it was affordable. The service tech Troy was kind to explain the pricing and details of what would be done. Phenomenal service. Exceeded my expectations for a contractor! Earned a lifetime customer should the need arise again.

These guys have saved my bacon twice in under 6 months. They are prompt, professional, and just good people. I doubt that I'll ever look elsewhere for home health help and repair. The answering service was extremely quick to respond and get me in touch with a professional. Patrick was at our house within an hour, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, cleaned up after himself. He explained everything he was doing really well and he got a very difficult clog out of our main line. His work was also warranted for 30 days which gives real peace of mind. An excellent value especially for a weekend job. Shared their number with friends in real estate and property management and will keep it for our future needs.

It was a Saturday morning when the tenant called to tell me something was wrong with the plumbing. After my go to handyman looked at it and told me to call a Rooter service I called 4 in the area. Arkansas Rooter was one of two that called back in short order. They were very nice on the phone. The only reason I didn't use them was due to another company being on the way. Next time I'm calling these guys 1st.

Within just a couple hours they were here to unclog my main line of grease, hair, and roots. The worker was very nice, obviously a professional, and explained ways to mitigate my issue. The price was the best around plus a military discount so yeah, you're gonna want to use this company.

I work on a college campus. After rigarous attempts to unclog two gutters on one of our buildings we called Arkansas Rooter. Less than 45 minutes after calling; Shane came out ready to work. He was very professional and confident that the problem was a simple debris backup. With little effort we were able to get the drains unclogged in a short amount of time. Very satisfied with the services provided. They cut us a great deal on pricing as well. Would definitely use them again as needed both professionally and personally.
